ORDERS: Prices, menu items and availability may change. Online orders are confirmed when payment is accepted. Pickup times and delivery times are estimates. Delivery is fulfilled by third-party drivers.
REWARDS: Rewards points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and the program may change with notice.
SMS TERMS: Earth Aloha Eats LLC sends text messages to customers who provide their mobile number. Program description: when you place an order, we text you about that order (for example, when it is ready). If you separately opt in by checking the unchecked marketing box at checkout or on our rewards page, we also send rewards updates and offers, up to 4 messages per month. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
