Last updated November 2, 2026. This website and the Earth Aloha Eats text messaging program are operated by Earth Aloha Eats LLC, 1881 S. Kihei Rd. #111, Kihei, HI 96753. This policy explains how Earth Aloha Eats LLC collects and uses your information.
WHAT WE COLLECT: When you order, join our rewards program or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), order details and, for delivery, your address. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
HOW WE USE IT: To prepare and deliver your order, send receipts and order-status updates, track rewards points, answer questions, and - only if you opt in - send offers. Delivery addresses are shared with our delivery partner only to complete your delivery.
TEXT MESSAGES (SMS): By giving your mobile number when you order, you agree to receive texts from Earth Aloha Eats LLC about that order (for example, when it is ready). Marketing texts (rewards updates and offers, up to 4 per month) are sent only if you opt in by checking an unchecked box; consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
ANALYTICS AND ADS: We use cookies and tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand which pages and ads lead to orders.
YOUR CHOICES: To update or delete your information, or to stop emails or texts, call us at (808) 830-0105 or email info@earthalohaeats.com. See also our Terms of Service at www.earthalohaeats.com/terms-of-service.
